Yoga Is for Everyone.

Yoga is such a healing practice, and I first became interested in it about four years ago. Two years in, I decided to officially become a registered instructor (RYT-200). Ever since, I've loved sharing my practice with others and currently teach a couple of days a week at a local studio. 

I believe yoga goes beyond just stretching and is good for us both mentally and physically. Because of this, I'm passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. Our bodies are all different, so I focus on modifications, props, and variations throughout my practice.

Gentle flowing yoga. Appropriate for most people. No knowledge of yoga necessary.

Vinyasa Flow


Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as "flow" yoga.

Combining my love for baking and yoga feels unique and only natural. They're activities I love to do and share. It also helps strike a balance between my love for creating beautiful and tasty food and movement. With this in mind, I've created fun packages that allow you to Bake & Bend with your friends.


Bake & Bend Packages


These can include gift sets for baked goods, yoga classes (both community and private), as well as a combination of the two. It's the perfect activity for bachelorette parties, a girls' weekend, and birthday parties. 


We'll combine delicious baked goods of your choosing with 60 minutes of yoga. The full experience is two hours so you have plenty of time for class, mingling, goodies, and drinks. Sound fun? Let's book a session.
